Gameplay in Real Surgeon Simulator is very similar to other simulators based on estheticians, hairdressers, and doctors: a series of different situations appear on the screen, which you can resolve by tapping on the appropriate tool and placing it wherever you want to use it. Although it's true that sometimes you'll have to perform other tasks, almost all your activity is reduced to dragging your finger across the screen in the indicated direction.
